Refund policy

Returns and Refunds:
We want you to love your Ritual Euphorics experience. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@ritualeuphorics.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
• Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for dissatisfaction or exchanges unless the wrong product was received.
• Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect item.

Shipping Costs:

• Return Shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping for products that are returned due to quality issues, damage, or incorrect items. 
• Original Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a product defect.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards, promotional items, and final sale products are non-returnable.
